CONDITIONS OF SALE AND PAYMENT TERMS

If a credit account is granted, payment must reach us no later than 30 days after the end of the month in which the goods are invoiced. Failure to comply will result in no further goods being supplied until payment is made in full, and the possibility of credit facilities being withdrawn. It is very important that these conditions are adhered to in order to avoid any interruption of deliveries. In addition, shortages/damages/non-delivery must be notified to us within 3 days.

Retention of Title: All goods remain the property of AAA Safety Supplies Ltd., until paid for in full. We wish to open a Credit Account with AAA Safety Supplies Ltd., and give our permission for you to contact the below referees. In addition we agree to your Conditions of Sale and Payment Terms stated herein.
