How Long Does Delivery Take?
Items that are held in stock are normally shipped from our site within 24 – 48 hours of receiving payment and customers normally would receive them within 3-5 business days unless a priority delivery option has been arranged. Items that are not in stock and which need to be specially ordered may take longer depending on manufacturers delivery times.
(Please note: we do not deliver outside of the UK and all orders will only be processed between Monday – Friday)
This Is My First Order, Is There Anything I Should Know?
Please note that in some cases your first order will be delivered to the same address as your billing address for security reasons. If you are using a new payment method or are wanting to amend the delivery address please get in touch with us either by email: email@example.com or by phone: 0161 480 3057
If you have requested a credit account your first order must be paid for using a credit/debit card initially and if accepted the account may take 2-4 weeks to become active.
Where Is My Order?
When you place the order and select which shipping method is applicable you are normally given a delivery timescale. Sometimes in vary rare circumstances an order can have some delays once it has left our depot. In most cases we are able to trace the items through the logistics company and find out what is happening with them. If for any reason these items do not make it to you we will provide a replacement once the company delivery procedures have taken place.
If we have not heard from you then we can only presume that you have received your items, if you do not receive your items within the timescale we advised please contact us asap via email or phone and we will assist you in every way possible.
